The Runaway Bride

the petite bride didn't blush at all
with floral bouquet she stood tall 
with a song in her heart 
and a smile on every part 
she captured the joyful hearts of all

when the bells tolled calling the groom
her heart raced like a speeding car...vroom 
ha! the solo trip
how could she let that slip

she vanished, like a wizard on a broom!
